The Aristocrats: arriva “Tre Caballeros”

Hanno da poco concluso il “Culture Clash Tour” e sono già pronti a ripartire verso nuove mete e destinazioni, pronti a smuovere i palchi di tutto il mondo con un sound divenuto sempre più inconfondibile, pronti a dare alle stampe il terzo album in studio; che Govan, Beller e Minnemann facessero sul serio si era capito fin dal primo omonimo “The Aristocrats”, ma “Tre Caballeros” arriva come un fulmine solitario alla fine della tempesta, pronto a dare il via ad un nuovo temporale.We’ve learned a lot since we started this band – four years, three studio albums, two live DVDs and about a billion notes ago! – and I think our latest offering reflects  this in all kinds of ways – ha detto Govan riguardo al nuovo album – The decision to road-test our  new material in front of a live audience before commencing the recording process;  the choice to record in a studio which had some thoroughly inspiring rock’n’roll “mojo”. Our sudden urge to become more bold and experimental with overdubs  rather than feeling any pressure to record exclusively in a strict “trio” format… all of this has had some kind of positive effect on the way the new record came out. Plus, I  think the material on this album is some of the most interesting stuff we’ve ever written for each other, so… here’s hoping our noble listeners will like the finished  product as much as we do!”Nove pezzi registrati ai leggendari Sunset Studios di Hollywood, “Tres Caballeros” sarà debuttato in chiave live dalla band durante il Tres Caballeros tour, che partirà con una lunga serie di date in tutto il Nord America e auspicabilmente sbarcherà poi anche nel vecchio continente. La pubblicazione del disco è fissata per il mese giugno, non ci resta quindi che attendere con ansia di poter ascoltare live in Italia qualche estratto del nuovo album. I The Aristocrats sono tornati!
